Online Curriculum Regulations & Guidelines

於平台上，你不可以分享以下內容：

• 涉及或鼓勵違反香港法例的內容
• 涉及猥褻的內容或影像
• 涉及或具有組織暴力行為或帶有威脅性的內容
• 涉及騷擾他人的內容。本計劃鼓勵開放和包容的平台，讓所有人都可以發表自己的意見。
• 涉及濫發資訊，例如不恰當和不相關的推廣內容或鼓吹賭博的內容
• 涉及具有攻擊性或人身攻擊的內容

安全性

你不可以：

• 分享你的CoCoon Foundation Teachable帳戶密碼予其他人，亦不可以容許他人使用你的帳戶，或對你的帳戶有害的行為
• 登入其他人的CoCoon Foundation Teachable 帳戶
• 違反我們的安全守則
• 於CoCoon Foundation的Teachable平台上偽裝他人的身份

You are not allowed to share content that:

• Is illegal or involves the promotion of illegal activities 
• Contains obscene language or images
• Involves threats or acts of real-world violence and with the intention of organising them
• Involves harassment. We encourage an inclusive and harmonious platform which is safe for every user to present their ideas. 
• Involves spam, for instance, irrelevant or inappropriate advertising, promotional, solicitation, lottery or gambling content.
• We do not permit any form of offensive content and inappropriate content directed at certain individuals.

Privacy and security

You are also forbidden to: 

• Share your password, allow anyone to access your account, or do anything that might put your account at risk.
• Log in to another user's account.
• Break or circumvent our security measures
• Masquerade others’ identity

Online reputation

You are forbidden to:

• Use this platform for purposes other than completing online courses or pedagogical purposes
• Try to interfere with any user, host, or network, for example by sending a virus, overloading, spamming, or mail-bombing.
• At all times, users must remember that online classrooms are also work areas, and should treat them as such. Games and other noisy activities are not permitted.
• Use our Services or or content for anything other than pedagogical purposes.

Copyright and ownership

You also aren't allowed to: 

• Reproduce, transfer, sell, resell, or otherwise misuse any content from our Services, unless specifically authorized to do so
• User may download material from the Sites only for User’s own personal, non-commercial use. User may not otherwise copy, reproduce, retransmit, distribute, publish, commercially exploit or otherwise transfer any material. 

Originality

• I will not make solutions to homework, quizzes, exams, projects, and other assignments available to anyone else
• My answers to homework, quizzes, exams, projects, and other assignments will be my own work (except for assignments that explicitly permit collaboration).

Remarks

- We do not routinely screen or monitor content posted by users to the Site, we reserve the right to remove content which violates the above rules of which it becomes aware, but is under no obligation to do so.

- We are not a publisher of any of the content of the Sites, or of any content that may be available through links to and from them, and are acting solely as an internet service provider.
